Temporal monumental public sculpture created for Denver PrideFest in Civic Center park.

DENVER, CO – JUNE 19: Crews work to assemble artist Lonnie Hanzon’s 20-foot-tall Equality Cake in preparation for 2015 Pridefest at Civic Center Park June 19, 2015. The cake is sponsored by The Center which produces Pridefest and was funded by donors across the country and through a crowdsourcing website. Pridefest 2015 is expected to attract nearly 350,000 people and runs Saturday 11 a.m. thru 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. thru 6 p.m. at Civic Center Park.
